I am looking for a close relation, Elizabeth Josephine Watson and any relations, friends or work collegues who may know her.
Elizabeth Watson would be about 80 years old. Born approx 1929.
She has 3 older siblings and 1 younger
sister and was Irish and Roman Catholic.
Her father died in 1939, I think in Ireland .
Elizabeth
and her younger sister were placed in a Children's Home in Ballaghadreen, Co. Roscommon Eire. She remained in the Children's
Home until 1946 when she went into private service.
Elizabeth moved to Birmingham, England in approx 1960 and worked
at Warwickshire Dry Cleaners, Ladypool Road, Birmingham also at The Black Horse Hotel,Bristol Road South, Northfield, Birmingham.
At
the time she had lodgings at 13 Grantham Road, Sparkhill, Birmingham.
She had a friend called Jean Smith of whom I know little
Eventually, Elizabeth Josephine Watson returned to Marshalsea Barracks, Dublin to attend her sick mother.
This is all I know.
I
have no wish to intrude unwanted into anyones lives. If
you can help I would be so grateful.
